About Sam Addo
![]() |
Sam began bodybuilding at the age of 17. Initially he became interested when his older brother took it up. Although his brother did not continue with bodybuilding Sam became totally motivated and continued working at it.
|
This is Sam at the age of 18. He had already made
remarkable progress. |

He took the great Lee Haney as his rôle model. To this day Sam still reveres Lee who he had the opportunity to meet in 1998 whilst competing in the USA. |
|
From that day on
he has trained consistently and hard and it is a great testament
to his determination, inner 'spirit' and drive that has allowed
him to achieve such a phenomenal physique. |
